Pan-Fry frozen Gnocchi in a non-stick pan in 1 tbso Olive Oil, about 3 minutes per side..

A lot of people have told me they don’t really know how to cook it properly, and when they follow the directions on the bag it turns into a slimey hot mess. Whatever you do, DON’T FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THE BAG. Follow my lead and let me show you how to turn cauliflower gnocchi into pure magic!

**Bang bang cauliflower gnocchi**.
1 package of TJ’s cauliflower gnocchi.
Breading:
3/4 cup cornstarch.
1 cup almond milk + 2 TBS cornstarch (whisked together).
1 cup panko bread crumbs + 1/2 cup shredded coconut (mixed).
Sauce:
1 cup vegan mayo.
1/2 cup-3/4 cup sweet chili sauce.
2-3 tsp sriracha.
Toppings:
scallions.
sesame seeds.
extra sriracha.
**Cauliflower Mac n cheese**.
1 package of TJ’s cauliflower gnocchi.
Cheese sauce:
1 cup cashews, soaked.
2 cup unsweetened almond milk.
10-12 cloves of roasted garlic.
2 TBS lemon juice.
2 TBS nutritional yeast.
1 1/2 tsp salt.
1 tsp onion powder.
1 tsp garlic powder.
Bread crumbs:
1/2 cup bread crumbs (toasted).
2 TBS vegan butter.
Garlic powder.
Onion powder.
Salt to taste.
Fresh parsley, minced.
**Buffalo cauli with cashew ranch**.
1 package of TJ’s cauliflower gnocchi.
Buffalo sauce:
Franks Red Hot.
2 TBS vegan butter.
Cashew ranch:
1 cups soaked cashews.
1/2 tsp salt.
Juice of 1 lemon.
1 TBS apple cider vinegar.
1/2 tsp Dijon.
1 tsp onion powder.
1 tsp garlic powder.
Lots of freshly cracked pepper.
Salt to taste.
Splash of almond milk.
1/4 cup fresh parsley and dill.

Best Way to Make Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi

Today I’m sharing the best way to make Trader Joe’s cauliflower Gnocchi! HINT: It’s not the way it says on the package! I’m also making a decadent creamy sauce along with some vegetarian sausage and caramelized onions mixed in! Full recipe below!
1 package Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi.
4 tablespoons salted butter, divided (ghee or coconut oil also works).
1 onion, coarsely chopped.
14 oz. sausage, cut in rounds (I used tofurkey sausage).
2 cloves garlic, minced.
1 cup heavy cream (can also use coconut cream).
1/2 cup shredded Parm (nutritional yeast may also work!).
7 leaves of sage, chopped.
1. Place two tablespoons of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. once melted, add the frozen gnocchi. Cook for 5 7 minutes until the outsides are golden brown and crispy..
2. Remove the gnocchi from the pan, plate the in a bowl and set aside..
3. Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter to the pan along with the onion. Turn down the heat to medium-low and cook for 20 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are reduced and caramelized..
4. Add the sausage rounds and minced garlic. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sausage is golden brown..
5. Add the cream, parmesan, and gnocchi back to the pan and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5 minutes..
6. Sprinkle with the chopped sage and enjoy!
