What is eHub Mobile?

eHub Mobile is a smartphone app available for Apple and Android devices available to all Allied Universal Security Professionals. eHub Mobile gives you access to important information from your mobile device.

How Do I Get eHub?

  • From your iPhone or Android device, go to theApp Store(iPhone) orGoogle Play(Android) and search “eHub” and install the free app.

  • Select “Register/Forgot Password”.

  • Enter your Employee Number as the “User ID” and eHub.aus.com as the “eHub Website”.

  • Enter the information requested to validate your personal identification.

  • Set your password. Password requirements are as follows:

    • Password length must be between 6 and 15 characters and contain 3 of the 4 following items:
      • Uppercase or capital letter (ex. A)
      • Lowercase or small letter (ex. a)
      • Number (ex.1)
      • Special character (ex. # or %)

  • Create a 4 digit PIN that enables you to login quickly when reopening the app.

If you do not have a smartphone,eHub can be accessed via desktop computer athttps://ehub.aus.com.

What Can I use eHub Mobile for?

Having Trouble? Try this First.

  • Can’t view your paystub – Paystubs are not available on eHub until Wednesday prior to payday

  • Can’t logon – you must type in ehub.aus.com for the eHub website address

  • Don’t have a smart phone – access eHub web from your computer.

    • In your web browser, go tohttps://eHub.aus.com/.

    • Under the “Register” section enter your employee number and click Register

    • Enter the information requested to validate your personal identification and register

    • Set your password, see details around password requirements from the first page

  • To enable/disable push notifications for the dispatch tool regarding additional shifts, please complete the following instructions corresponding to your phone:

    • iPhone: Settings > Notifications > eHub > Allow Notifications toggle

    • Android: Apps > Settings > Notifications > eHub notification toggle

As a security measure, if a User ID and/or Password are entered incorrectly five times in a row, you will be locked out of the eHub account. To reset, either have your WinTeam administrator change the password or use the Forgot Password link.

How to pick up shifts on eHub? ›

Claiming Shifts

Employees can view and claim shifts from both eHub and eHub mobile. When a shift is claimed, the Supervisor is notified via push notification and/or text message. To claim a shift, an employee must have security access for the Job Board with the Can Claim Shift security feature enabled.

How does employee portal work? ›

You can check your information instantly through your portal and as a manager you can access your employees information as quick as you login to your account. Employee portals allow for businesses to keep all their information accessible and free flowing between their members who need help.

Using the Wage Summary information

The Wage Summary Widget displays on the My eHub landing page. This widget displays up to three of the last pay rate and hours details by job/shift. To see additional records, click the View All link to display the records from the last paycheck on the Wage Summary view.
